MEDITATION for BEGINNERS
This is a course that is run either daytime or evening depending on enough enquiries.  If you have never experienced meditation, this course is very popular. You will learn what it is all about, and how it can help you to learn to focus and relax the mind and body. You spend an hour each week learning different techniques, to find which suits you.

It will help you to learn to relax quickly, and use certain triggers to bring in a sense of peacefulness in stressful situations.

It runs for an hour each week or fortnight, at $10 each session.
