WInvite your work friends to spend an hour in understanding meditation and relaxation. In this hour or so session they will learn how to relax the busy mind and what 'tools' to use through the mind that can help them to focus and feel more relaxed. This can be a one off session or an ongoing session each week for about 10 weeks. It will only cost $10 per person with a minimum of 6 in a group and a maximum of 30. It just takes an hour a week to learn how to be less stressed. Please dont hesitate to email about this session. |
