| Erika has given talks and lectures in particular at the Nurse Healers Association in 1999, as well as The Mind, Body, Psychic Fair in Adelaide, the Carers Association, the Staff at the Alzheimers Assoc., Charity events, and even talked about numerology on ABC radio with Carole Whitelock, and many other venues. The 3 hour lecture will be interactive and involve meditation and the benefits, and the affects of energy. People will learn how the brain works, with understanding brain wave patterns and will be shown how to use simple techniques with meditation and focus. They will also learn about quantum physics and how energy affects us in everyday living, from the mind to the emotions to the body. And they will soon understand whether their different levels of consciousness (or awareness) from the physical, emotional, mental, and intuitive parts of themselves are working together or not.
