| For this personalised CD you will be taken through a numerology reading to tap you into your blueprint which is recorded. Then we focus on a personally recorded meditation that you can use to help yourself. A good way to teach yourself to focus the mind and relax the body. When you have reached a point where you have used your CD quite a few times, then you can come back and we can record 2 meditations, and depending what you would like to do, we can do visualisations, and/or healing. Its a new recording each time. $30 Postage/handling and includes the CD. |
