I finally found some amazing people to design some music for the work I do and I used it for the first time at the Pearls of Peace Conference in Sept 2009 this is what I sent to Elio as a testamonial:

My insecurities were insurmountable and decision making was highly stressful.  I found myself being very influenced by the people around me.  I was going through a divorce, had major issues around my family, and I wasn’t sure about myself and where I was going. Basically I was a mess.

Erika mentioned Quantum healing, and I decided to give it a go, in early 1998.  I had nothing to lose, because I had tried everything.  Within a few sessions I could already feel the difference.  Pastlife issues were brought up that I had to deal with, and I had the chance to openly talk about feelings, and problems. I found that the answers started to emerge.  I could think more clearly, feel calmer in myself, and I learnt to distance myself from outside influences.  I could also see the insecurities in people who tried to sway my life, and the reasons behind why they did it. 

What I particularly liked was the sensation of actually healing myself. The centering and focusing on the Power body, and integrating fragmented aspects of the self, helped to rebuild my self esteem and taught me to detach myself from other people’s dramas.   I worked on myself, usually before bed, and the more I work with it, the greater I felt about myself.

People have come up to me and asked how I can be so happy.  It never occurred to me that it was so noticeable. I started making confident decisions, which no-one else influenced, and overall, I started, and am still continuing to feel like a better person.   My outlook on life has changed. 

If I feel nervous or slightly insecure, I can close my eyes, focus and centre myself again within my innerpower. 

Once I was asked to do a group presentation, in front of a large group of career people.  I was panicking so much that I went to the bathroom, shut my eyes and called on my guides for assistance, and then focused on my Inner Power Level for a few minutes.   When I returned to the room, it was my turn to speak. It all flowed, and I confidently presented my part, which ended up going for 45 minutes longer than planned, because the people were engrossed by what I talked about. I was highly complimented.

I will keep working on my inner power and my energies, because I feel it directing me to my true self.

Dear Erika this is my testimonial,

I started Quantum healing sessions with Erika in April 1998 because I felt emotionally drained and unable to relax.  My mind just wouldn’t stop thinking.  My self-esteem was incredibly low and I always felt unhappy.

After only a few sessions, my mind settled, and I began to feel emotionally stronger and happier.  After a few more sessions, I felt much more powerful and confident.  I didn’t feel lonely when on my own, and I started to relax, enjoy and feel comfortable with my own company.  My relationship at the time was stressful and unhappy, and I realised that I hadn’t stood in my own power and spoken my truth. 

As my self-confidence grew,and my emotions weren’t as scattered, I was able to see and feel more clearly,who I really was.  Everything changed quite quickly, and I knew I could take care of myself.  I knew I was doing the right thing for me,and would be o.k., with all my decisions for the future.  I then moved forward by myself.  

People would comment on how different I looked.  They’d say I seemed to be glowing and that my eyes had more sparkle in them, and that I seemed more relaxed.  Well, I feel what they see, and am glad that I decided to work with Erika.

Erika, this is my story.

I was diagnosed with lupus and nephritis at the age of 23.  This caused renal failure at the age of 34.

In December of 1999, I had an appointment with Erika and nearly canceled due to personal family problems,but instead felt that this huge emotional upheaval would help shift something within me.

During the session, Erika helped me to understand the communication I needed, to open up to my body.  At this point I was not happy with it at all.

I felt the energies really working their individual ways, through my body. Erika showed me how to trust and love myself more, especially my body.

I left after this first session, feeling calmer and more understanding of the body’s own consciousness.  Erika had given me tools to work with, and I listened to her tape again, to go through the process.  It was a case of bringing separated cells back to a place of wholeness, where there was no more fear.

The next morning, I was woken at 7am by the phone.  It was my doctor,explaining that they had a kidney for me, and that I was to go to hospital straight away.  I was thrown into a spin,as I had been expecting to wait three years, not 5 months, for a new kidney.  While in hospital, I listened again to Erika’s tape.  The meditation helped me to welcome my new kidney to my body, and let the other kidneys’ know that they were receiving help.  I practiced speaking to my body and communicating with the cells in my body. 

Ten days later I was out of hospital.  Then I spent 10 days attending a daily clinic, then transferred back to my original hospital and renal specialist.  They were very pleased with my progress, because it usually takes around three months to be transferred back.  This was interesting in itself.

I saw Erika again about 3weeks later.  My face and hands had been feeling quite tingly.  The doctors, not quite knowing what that was about.  We soon discovered that the spirit of the donor of the kidney was pleased to have been able to help me.  But we needed that individual organ to realise that it was o.k. to work in a new body, and that itwas much needed as well.  The new kidney could then let go of the body it was separated from, and work to its full capacity within me.

The tingling subsided quite a bit.

With these new skills, I feelI am now able to heal my body, overcome my lupus, and really understand more about trusting and loving the Self.

(Cheryl is an interesting person.  When shown how to look at things more deeply and as an overall understanding, she was ready, willing and able to make incredible leaps and bounds, to her own healing.  With understanding, and a deeper connection to her body consciousness, she is overjoyed at the response.  What I realised from this, is that individual organs have to be addressed just like communicating with a real person.  Donated organs have a different level of frequency when they are taken from one body to another.  I would say that rejection of these organs,is the stress that this individual organ feels because it is treated like a bit of muscle, and not as an individual energy that needs to be reassured in its new abode.  Any separation within the body causes distress, until you work with the cells and communicate with them, and let them know they are safe and secure.   There isa big difference!  Thankyou Cheryl for trusting your own body to make a difference)
